These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of the website located at smartwinecellar.xyz and any related services (“Services”) provided by Illuminated Infinity AB.

You may terminate Services ordered at any time for any reason. Thereafter, no further fees will be charged. However, already paid fees will not be reimbursed, and your account will remain active for the time period that has already been paid for.

Illuminated Infinity AB may terminate the website, the Services and/or your account at any time for any reason. If so, no further fees will be charged.

Links and third party services

Illuminated Infinity AB has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and connection from the Services or your account to other sites and/or third party services, and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or service. The inclusion of any link or connection does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Illuminated Infinity AB. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute concerning the ToS, the website or Services shall be finally settled by a court of law in Stockholm, Sweden.
